Terms & Conditions

Membership Holds: Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.
‍
Medical Hold or Cancellation: Members may request an immediate hold or cancellation of their membership in the event of a serious injury or illness, supported by a valid medical certificate.

‍Membership Cancellation: To cancel a membership, notice must be given at least 3 weeks in advance. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email.

‍Payments: All payments must be made prior to the start of each class.

‍Images and Videos: By attending our classes, you authorize the use of photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

‍Missed Classes:Missed group classes are non-refundable. Private sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel; otherwise, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.
