At TS Boxing Club, our training is built on three foundations: Chinese martial arts, Cuban boxing, and the Argentine fighting spirit, combining technique, movement and pressure to build complete boxers.

Whether you're completely new to boxing or looking for a new gym, we've answered some of the most common questions below.

If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact our team.
Do I need any previous boxing experience?

No. Most of our students start with no previous boxing experience. Our classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students.

What should I bring to my first class?

Please bring comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and flat, stable shoes where possible (rather than running shoes). We provide gloves and all basic equipment for your first class.

What is the minimum age to train?

Our minimum age is 5 years old. We offer classes for Kids (5–9 years old), Teenagers (10–15 years old), and Adults. Students aged 16–17 may be invited to join our adult classes depending on their experience and goals.

Can I try a class before joining?

Yes! We offer a free trial class for new students so you can experience the club before committing to a membership.

Will I need to spar?

No. Sparring is completely optional and is only introduced when students are ready and interested. Many members train purely for fitness, confidence, and skill development.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and we'll help you improve your fitness as you train.
